Last Hurrah

Well, last Saturday was a no go for us, sorry if you were expecting us, but the rain was pretty bad in the morning and from what was emailed to us no vendors were going down to Crosby's on Saturday.

This is going to be the last farmer's market this year for Georgetown and its Halloween, so look for some candy. Hoping for some better weather

This Saturday at Crosby's Market in Georgetown, MA there is going to be part of Georgetown Days celebration with the Farmer's Market, face painting, food, pumkin painting, AM Radio live, and more fun. Come visit us at Crosby's and maybe pick up some pulled pork sandwiches.

October 10th

The local Supermarket decided to continue the Georgetown Farmer's Market for the food vendors on Saturday for the month of October. Here is a few pictures of this past Saturday.

What a weekend!!!!

We cooked some much BBQ that we ran out on Saturday of all our food which was for both Saturday and Sunday. We had to scramble around late Saturday and re-cook more BBQ with out much mariande or injection time for Sunday morning. The BBQ came out awesome both days and we sold out both days. Pictures will follow soon.

Going to be a busy weekend

The Backwoods competitor is going to be stuffed full of pork, chicken, MOINK balls, ABTs, ribs, and anything else I may want to throw in there. I have the farmer's market this Saturday, as the last two Saturdays the Farmer's Market was cancelled due to weather.
Also, Sunday is going to be a big day and its the annual Georgetown Days event with Chili and salso contest, beer tasting, flea market, bands, fairs, lots of vendors. Hoping to be selling tons of BBQ both Saturday and Sunday. The weather looks great for both days

Famer's Market Cancelled

This Saturday's farmers market has been cancelled due to the weather and winds that are forecasted to be happening all day. Sorry everyone, you will have to hold out until next weekend for your BBQ fix.

BBQ Smoker next door

I happen to notice this huge BBQ smoker behind the fence at the Farmer's Market. Some guy gave up to the tent a week or so ago and told me he had this gigantic smoker that he does pig roast with and that he lives across the street, I think this is the guys bbq smoker. The picture below is of the smoker and it is alot big up close than what the picture shows

New signs for the Farmer's Market

I was asked to design two new signs for the Georgetown Farmer's Market as everyone loves the Fatbelly BBQ logo. The Committee member did not give me much information or advice to go on but to design what I think would look good. Well one day after being asked to design something that would attract new people. I came up with this:

The committee loved it and three days later I had two signs in my hand printed up by the wonderful and super fast people at Buildasign.com and here is one of the signs in action at the August 15th Farmer's Market

Fat Belly BBQ to be Featured on TV
