New BBQ Smoker
I just recently bought a new NSF approved BBQ smoker for the upcoming Farmers Market season. The new Cookshack Sm150 has been a great new addition to my BBQ collection and should put out some greatt BBQ this year.
Farmers Markets
I sent in the applications for Salem and Newburyport Farmers Market this past week and hope to get in both as they offer great potential and the customers would enjoy our BBQ. We will also be back again at the Georgetown Farmers Market for a second year and hope to add a few new items to the menu.
Vending truck
The Vending truck is almost complete. I finished the vinyl graphics on the sides of the truck and just need to finish the exhaust fan and a few touch-ups. Pictures to follow soon
